USA Fresh Semen Contract

Seasonal Savings 15% off until Jan 1, then 10% off until Feb 14.

TERMS:

1. Stud Fee: $2,000 ANCCE mares , $1,750 IALHA mares, $1,500 other breeds (Seasonal Discounts: 15% off if booked by Jan 1, 10% off until Feb 14)

Multiple Mare discount is 20% off of regular price for each additional mare if booked at the same time.
Repeat Customers 20% discount.
Non-refundable deposit of 25% due with the signing & return of contract paid to SHARMANE KUHLMEY with Zelle, Paypal (gift), Venmo, Bitcoin or check (no shipment until payment clears).

2. The mare shall be in healthy and in sound breeding condition and free from infection or disease and all necessary veterinary examinations and treatments will be carried out in order for the mare to conceive and maintain the pregnancy.

3. All proper paperwork must be completed and all fees paid before the shipping of semen.

4. Collection:
Scheduling - Contact Sharmane at Nowhere Else Ranch at 702-807-8678 with mares name and delivery address, text preferred.

24 hour notice is required.
Collection Fee is $300 per collection. We collect on a MONDAY/WEDNESDAY/FRIDAY Schedule.

Shipping Fee is billed at actual FedEx cost, provide FedEx account if applicable.

5. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Mare Owner to:

a. Pick up container at designated place and deliver to farm or vet clinic.

b. Insure that the semen is administered by a licensed veterinarian.

c. Assume all responsibility for the condition of the mare and bear all risk of loss or damage to the mare by death, illness, injury, infection or otherwise, and agrees to hold Sharmane Kuhlmey/Nowhere Else Ranch harmless.

d. Return the container with 72 hours after usage including all contents of container or Mare Owner will be billed for the container.

e. Release responsibility of Sharmane Kuhlmey/Nowhere Else Ranch for delays, cancellations or loss of containers from aircraft or any other means of transportation.

6. It shall be the responsibility of Stallion Agent to:

a. Deliver live semen provided notification is given as described above.

b. Provide Breeding Certificate for foal registration.

7. Live Foal Guarantee (LFG) requires that:

a. Mare be examined via sonogram by a licensed veterinarian at 14-16 and 45 days after last insemination. Twin reduction is required, NO LFG for twins.

b. Uterine culture must be performed on the mare by a licensed veterinarian if the mare fails to conceive after 2 cycles.

c. Stallion Agent must be notified of her pregnancy status by 60 days or all guarantees are null and void.

8. Live Foal Guarantee

If the above named mare does not deliver a live foal that can stand and nurse from this breeding with the above named Stallion, then a statement from a licensed veterinarian must be provided within one week of the death of the foal. Upon request, the Stallion Agent will issue a re-breeding Contract for the current breeding season.

9. Semen provided under this Contract may NOT be used to breed any other mare other than the mare identified in this Contract. Additional fee(s) will be due if more than one foal is born.

10. If the stallion should become sterile or incapable of breeding for any reason, the Stallion Agent has the right to offer frozen semen.

11. This contract shall not be assigned or transferred and in the event above named mare is sold or dies, no refund shall be due under any circumstances.

12. When Mare Owner clicks the "I have read, understand and agree to all of the above" button or signs and returns this contract, this will be a binding contract on both parties subject to the above terms and conditions.

1. Stud Fee: ANCCE $2000, IALHA $1750, other breeds $1500 (Seasonal Discounts: 15% off if booked by Jan 1, 10% off until Feb 14). 25% non-refundable deposit due paid to SHARMANE KUHLMEY. Zelle, Paypal (gift), Venmo, Bitcoin or check in USD or exchange adjusted amount.

3. All paperwork must be completed and all fees paid before the shipping of semen.

4. Frozen Semen in USA, Canada and Australia:
a. Contact Sharmane/Nowhere Else Ranch 702-807-8678, feliz@nowhere-else-ranch.com.

b. Shipping fees will be paid to the Vet Clinic storing the semen.

5. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Mare Owner to:

a. Pick up container at designated place and deliver to farm or vet clinic.

b. Assume all responsibility for the condition of the mare and bear all risk of loss or damage to the mare by death, illness, injury, infection or otherwise, and agrees to hold Nowhere Else Ranch harmless.

c. Return the container after usage including all contents of container within 10 days or Mare Owner will be billed for the container.

d. Release responsibility of Stallion Agent and Veterinary Clinic for delays, cancellations or loss of containers from aircraft or any other means of transportation.

6. It shall be the responsibility of Stallion Agent to:

a. Guarantee frozen semen to be shipped by Veterinary Clinic storing the semen.
b. Provide a Breeding Certificate for foal registration.

7. Stallion Agent requires that:

a. The inseminating veterinarian sign an insemination certificate that specifies the identity of the mare that was inseminated, the dates the inseminations were performed, how many doses of frozen semen were used and how many doses remain.

b. A uterine culture must be performed on the mare by a licensed

veterinarian if the mare fails to conceive after 2 cycles.

c. Mare should be examined by a licensed veterinarian at 14-16 to prevent twins and 45 days after last insemination. Stallion Agent must be notified of her pregnancy status by 60 days or all guarantees are null and void.

8. Live Foal Guarantee

TWINS Exculded from LFG! If the above named mare does not deliver a live foal that can stand and nurse from this breeding with the above named Stallion, then a statement from a licensed veterinarian must be provided within one week of the death of the foal. Upon request, the Stallion Agent will issue a re-breeding Contract for the current breeding season.

9. Semen provided under this Contract is owned by Nowhere Else Ranch and may NOT be transferred nor used to breed any other mare other than the mare identified in this Contract. Remaining/unused doses are the property and responsibility of Nowhere Else Ranch.

10. This contract shall not be assigned or transferred and in the event above named mare is sold, no refund shall be due under any circumstances.

11. When Mare Owner clicks the "I have read, understand and agree to all of the above" button or signs and returns this contract, it will be a binding contract on both parties subject to the above terms and conditions.
